• The room rates include double occupancy and a full breakfast. We offer reduced rates for single occupancy, long term stays or business accounts. Taxes not included.
  
  
• A deposit of the first day's room tariff or accepted credit card is required for a confirmed reservation. Cancellations made seven or more days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than seven days in advance will receive a refund if we are able to rent the room.
  
  
• For the comfort and safety of our guests, smoking is permitted only on the verandah and in the gardens.
